Pine Warbler

Pine Warbler

Posted on April 26, 2021July 5, 2021

Pine Warbler in what appears to be an elm tree. They actually prefer pine trees and there’s a stand close by. Thanks to Cornell Lab’s Pine Warbler webpage I was able to determine that this is a male.

Another angle of the same warbler. I only saw the one. They show up fairly regularly, but I’ve never seen more than one during a sighting.

About

I’m learning to see birds and their movement through the lens of a camera. I’m a new photographer surprised at the richness of detail the pictures provide. How I see and watch birds has changed forever.
